WobbleDrop does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The App does not require account creation or login.
Game progress (completed levels, collected stars) is stored locally on your device only, using standard iOS/Android local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
WobbleDrop does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
If we add features that involve data collection (such as advertising) in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly, and the change will be reflected in the App Store listing.

By downloading, installing, or playing WobbleDrop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application. These terms apply to all users of WobbleDrop worldwide.
Bemkagame grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use WobbleDrop for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:
WobbleDrop tracks your progress, such as completed levels and collected stars, locally on your device. This progress has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or reset in-game progress and features at any time.
You agree not to use WobbleDrop in any way that:
All content within WobbleDrop — including but not limited to graphics, animations, sound effects, music, code, and game design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bemkagame and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
WobbleDrop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, modify, or discontinue the game at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bemkagame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of WobbleDrop, including loss of in-game progress.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to WobbleDrop at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the game will immediately cease.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notice. Your continued use of WobbleDrop after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
