By downloading, installing, or playing SpinDrop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application. These terms apply to all users of SpinDrop worldwide.
Bemkagame grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use SpinDrop for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:
SpinDrop features an in-game gold system. Gold is earned by playing the game and can be used to unlock new tops. Gold and unlocked items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or reset in-game currency and items at any time.
You agree not to use SpinDrop in any way that:
All content within SpinDrop — including but not limited to graphics, animations, sound effects, music, code, and game design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bemkagame and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
SpinDrop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, modify, or discontinue the game at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bemkagame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SpinDrop, including loss of in-game progress or in-game items.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SpinDrop at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the game will immediately cease.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notice. Your continued use of SpinDrop after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
