SpinDrop does not collect, transmit, or store any data on external servers. All game data — including your scores, collected gold, and unlocked tops — is stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any personally identifiable information. No account or login is required to play.
SpinDrop currently does not display any third-party advertisements. We may introduce optional, non-intrusive ads in a future update. If we do, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly and you will be notified via an in-app notice.

All game data is stored locally on your device only. No data is transmitted to our servers or any third-party service. Uninstalling the application will remove all locally stored game data.

Bemkagame grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use SpinDrop for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:
SpinDrop features an in-game gold system. Gold is earned by playing the game and can be used to unlock new tops. Gold and unlocked items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or reset in-game currency and items at any time.

All content within SpinDrop — including but not limited to graphics, animations, sound effects, music, code, and game design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bemkagame and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
SpinDrop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, modify, or discontinue the game at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bemkagame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SpinDrop, including loss of in-game progress or in-game items.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SpinDrop at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the game will immediately cease.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
