CarveBall does not collect, store, or share any personal data. The app does not require an account, does not access your location, camera, microphone, or contacts, and does not require an internet connection to be played.
Game progress (such as completed levels and scores) is stored locally on your device only, using standard iOS/Android local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
The app currently does not use any advertising network, analytics tool, or third-party SDK. If such services are added in the future, this policy will be updated and users will be notified.
CarveBall does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The app is designed to be suitable for a general audience.

Bemkagame grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use CarveBall for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:
CarveBall tracks your progress, such as completed levels and scores, locally on your device. This progress has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or reset in-game progress and features at any time.
You agree not to use CarveBall in any way that:
All content within CarveBall — including but not limited to graphics, animations, sound effects, music, code, and game design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bemkagame and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
CarveBall is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, modify, or discontinue the game at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bemkagame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CarveBall, including loss of in-game progress.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CarveBall at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the game will immediately cease.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notice. Your continued use of CarveBall after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
